Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PeerPe, provided by Fire Blocks Private Ltd. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the platform.
 

Description of Service

PeerPe is a peer-to-peer payment platform where advertisers can post ads for goods or services, and buyers can initiate trades to purchase these items directly from advertisers.
 

User Responsibilities

As a user of PeerPe: Advertisers are responsible for accurately representing their goods or services in ads and depositing funds into their wallet to cover fees. Buyers are responsible for initiating trades with advertisers, completing payments, and verifying the accuracy of goods or services received.
 

Fees

Fees for transactions conducted through PeerPe are deducted from the advertiser’s wallet balance. These fees include charges for both the advertiser and the buyer, and are specified at the time of the transaction.
 

Trade Disputes

Should a dispute arise between users regarding a trade, both parties agree to communicate in good faith to resolve the issue. Fire Blocks Private Ltd may intervene if necessary to facilitate resolution.
 

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users, Fire Blocks Private Ltd may intervene to facilitate resolution. Users agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve disputes.
 

Termination of Service

Fire Blocks Private Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
 

Limitation of Liability

Fire Blocks Private Ltd reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms, and continued use of PeerPe after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction.
